2022 Competitive Examination for Arabic Interpreters, P2/P3, P3Job Code Title:INTERPRETER, ARABIC

The United Nations has announced a competitive examination for Arabic Interpreters and Chinese Interpreters. Successful candidates may be stationed at United Nations Headquarters in New York, or the UN Offices in Geneva, Nairobi or Vienna, or, where applicable, in the UN regional commissions in Addis Ababa, Bangkok, Beirut or Santiago. Please note, additionally, that the exam for Arabic interpreters will also be used to identify suitable candidates for short-term assignments (generally referred to as ‘freelancers’ in the profession) at the UN’s various duty stations.
